To be a part of the Staff you must be an active member of this community. You should also have experience in the position you are applying for. By applying to become a member of the staff you agree to be available for staff meetings when given enough advance notice (usually 2 weeks in advance.) . You agree to be as active as your personal life allows, and if you can not be active you will notify the Hanon or Sara, when ever you must take a leave of Absence. Site Narrator
Is in charge of making sure the storyline, is re-written every year, to keep things new and fresh. Should be very knowlegdeable in all things Mermaid Melody related. It Does not have to follow the books or Anime down to the t, but keep things exciting. Will work closely with site Admins on this. I cannot do this alone, and cannot always be here, so this is why this position has been created. To ensure that it will always be done.
Moderators (2)
Mod's are in charge of enforcing all board rules, should know the rules in and out. Also in charge of closing, open, moving threads, etc. When needed. Also in charge of welcoming new members, as well as being avaiable to help those that may need helping. Mod's are also in charge of keeping the board a safe and friendly place to RP. Mod's will have the power to warn, and suggest bannishment of a member. Final say will be up to the Admins.
RP Moderator
In charge of making sure RP's are in line with site narration. Posts are to the exact length required. Helps bring RP's back to life, if they've fallen of course. )
Keepers of the Realm(2) (AKA. Assistant Admin)
This person will help take on the responsiblites of the Admins, when they are not present. They will take on the same responsilbites as the Mod's and more so. They will have Access to the ADMIN CP, will have ban power if an Admin is not present. All activities done by an assistant should go through to the Admin as well for approval.
Graphic Design
This person will be in charge of Graphics on the board. I.E avatars, signatures, banners. This person will be the go to person for graphics. If someone needs something done, the Graphics person will be there to help or provide graphics for the board. You will only need to create things on a need be basis. You must provide Samples of your OWN work in order to take on this position.
